What We Do with the Information You Share
The information we collect and process about you depends on how you use our Products. For example, the UltiVideoRec.com website may be used for both personal and business use. For business use, additional information about the company is required. For those creating forms, we will require more information than those who record responses.
UltiVideoRec.com captures video recorded responses. The intention of this site is to allow these recorded responses to be played back and viewed. The organizer who established the form and distributes links to the form determines who receives requests to respond to the form. The organizer may post links to these video recorded responses on their website and other media. ER Squared, Inc. has no control over where and how these links are posted. Any user who is not comfortable with having their video recorded image and audio made publicly available must decline to use the services of UltiVideoRec.
